The long-awaited remake of “The Last of Us Part 1” was finally announced earlier this year, and it was released for the PlayStation 5 in September. PC gamers will be able to play the game on March 3, 2022, and it is available for pre-purchase on Steam and the Epic Games Store.
But users were really frustrated because if it’s releasing on Steam then why not compatible with Valve’s handheld PC
So finally, the good news is here as per Naughty Dog The Last of Us Part 1 developer:
Not to worry as Ellie and Joel will grace the Steam Deck
Replying to a fan who said on Twitter that they would decide whether to buy the game once they know whether it will be compatible

It is uncertain whether the PC version of “The Last of Us Part 1” will be fully optimized and verified for all systems, or if it will simply be considered playable on a wide range of hardware. Given the history of PlayStation-exclusive games being released on PC, it is possible that players may need to adjust settings or use a frame rate limiter for a better experience.
This will depend on the specific hardware and configuration of each individual user’s system.
So, let’s wait till 3rd March 2023
